Angoff, Dr. Bernard J. Bamberger and Morris Epstein. In
addition to those listed above, approximately thirty authorities
in various fields contribute book reviews regularly.
LIBRARY CITATIONS
A total of 86 libraries of Jewish Community Centers, Jewish
schools, Synagogues and other agencies have been awarded the
citations presented by the Council for meeting specified criteria.

FANNY AND HYMAN RODMAN AND FANNY AND ABRAHAM
BELLSEY MEMORIAL JUVENILE AWARD
The Fanny and Hyman Rodman and Fanny and Abraham
Bellsey Memorial Juvenile Award, consisting of $250 and a cita­
tion, was presented to Elma Ehrlich Levinger for her cumulative
contributions to Jewish juvenile literature. The judges were:
Dr. Samuel Dinin, Los Angeles; Dr. Abraham P. Gannes, New
York; Miss Fanny Goldstein, Boston.
HARRY AND ETHEL DAROFF MEMORIAL FICTION AWARD
The Harry and Ethel Daroff Memorial Fiction Award, also
consisting of $250 and a citation, was given to Lion Feuchtwanger
